You don't need a bunch of rules telling you what you can and can't do,
so we'll keep it simple:
- No spamming
- No hacking into people's sites
- No pornography
- No IRC or psybnc clients
- No warez, or any other illegal activity
- Payment is due within two weeks of receiving your invoice.
(checks, credit cards, and
paypal accepted).
- You may not resell space on your account. (You may, however, keep
as many of your own domains/projects/websites as you like on your
account, and you may share your account with friends or family --
as long as you follow the rest of these rules)
- You maintain the rights to all your data, files, and other
information.
- You're responsible for backing up your own website.
- You can cancel at any time, and we'll refund any
unused hosting fees via paypal.
- We reserve the right to cancel your account for any reason,
provided we give you 30 days notice.. (but hopefully, that'll
never happen!)
- We reserve the right to cancel any account immediately for
breaking these rules.
- We also reserve the right to suspend accounts or kill
processes that interfere with the smooth operation of our
servers.
- We may change these rules at any time, and will notify you
immediately if we do.
Oh, and by the way:
We won't share your personal information or email address
with anyone.
... But we'll gladly link to your site, if you let us!
